Outside Sales Representative

City Floor Supply is seeking a full-time outside sales representative for the Central and South New Jersey territory.

Duties will include servicing and growing existing customers, taking orders, following up on quotes, dropping off material, expanding the customer base by converting prospects to customers, and more.

Previous hardwood floor installation or sales is preferred, but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate on the ins and outs of the industry. Similarly a bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Finally the candidate should have moderate computer skills with the aptitude to learn more.

Compensation is a competitive base salary plus commission. Mobile phone, computer and the technology required to perform at the highest level in the wood floor and sport floor industry area all provided. A full suite of benefits including medical, retirement planning, and paid vacation are offered after 90 days.
